Samory Touré, was a Muslim cleric, a military strategist, and the founder and leader of the Wassoulou Empire, an Islamic empire that was located in the present-day north and south-eastern Guinea and included part of north-eastern Sierra Leone, Mali, and Ivory Coast.
Ture resisted French colonial assoults in West Africa from 1882 until his rapture in 1898. Samori Toure was the great-grandfather of Guinea’s first president, Ahmed Sékou Touré.

From The Royalty Collection, the Samory watch embodies adventure and rebel spirit. Its Bogolan design from Africa makes it a real work of art on the wrist. Perfect for a Business Style but also casual.
